The National Council of Negro Women (NCNW) is excited to announce the first annual occurrence of our all-new, yearly event: The Black Family Reunion. Our vision is to educateenlighten, and empower those within our black family.

Time: Noon to 5 PM
Location: Rhodes Jordan Park, 100 E Crogan St, Lawrenceville, GA 30046

Event Price: FREE

We have made this event free for participants because we believe that coming together as a community shouldn’t cost our event attendees anything. The NCNW is a non-profit 501(c)3 group that is committed to empowering local Black Americans. We are accepting sponsors for this event to help cover costs. All donations for this year’s annual Black Family Reunion are, of course, tax-deductible.

What to expect at the event:

Are you ready to take a front seat to make an impact in Gwinnett County? If so, we invite you to join us as we put on an event to empower and advocate for the women and other people of African descent in our communities. Did you know that the “Black Family Reunion” was first held in Cincinnati, Ohio in 1988? This year, we bring that beloved celebration to our Gwinnet County communities so that you can all share in the education, enlightenment, and empowerment that this event invites you to experience.
